I have always been fond of details.

I grew up reading his mr and little miss series.

Today my mum was dusting my room and

when she was arranging my set of sesame street family toys,
I thought I could choose one to play with.
So I told my mum : 妈，拿一个你觉得最奇怪的给我.

Lol great taste mum! We really think the same.
She chose Oscar the Grouch.
(My fav character in the series)

He just look so adorable.
The more I look at it...
the more i realise he's different?!

No really. He reminds me of something else!

Haha my dad always told me not to face the computer for long hours.

It was Flor's "field trip" to Meidiya so I got to wear Flor's uniform!
There was a Mediya fair and Flor got invited to sell their goodies~
Usually I wear my own attire with their apron,
so it was kinda excitingggg to wear the uniform hoho!!! >_<

Overall it was great fun!
I saw many kawaii japanese kids and it was really funny trying to communicate with them!
I was giving out samples and although they were curious, they were afraid to come take a piece.
So I would approach them to offer!
When their mum took one on their behalf and fed them,
the best thing I could say to the kids was "oiishi des ka?" loll.
And they nodded!! xD

Okonomiyaki

Ooh yes~ Ami-chan and I arranged a Okonomiyaki Day yesterday!

During our lunch break at Flor, Chef made okonomiyaki for us =)

The mixture was already done, so I only got to see how Chef poured the mixture on the pan and fatherly laid the strips of pork, prawn and squid on top!

According to Ami-chan, this is their hometown's type of okonomiyaki.
(Different parts of Japan have different cooking methods)

Main ingredients are "okonomiyaki flour", egg, water and cabbage!
Then the rest you can put WHATEVER YOU DESIRE xD

Lastly top with this magic okonomiyaki sauce, MAYO,
onion flakes and maybe chilli flakes.

AND YOU GET YOUR OMGSOYUMMY okonomiyaki!!!

Hehe I'm back to blog! (feel like giving it up sometimes)

Actually I have 3 unfinished drafts in my blog that I wanted to post for the pass few months. About the fun places I've been and happy events that happened. But some things had been bothering me and I start to doubt and wonder the purpose of certain things. It's nothing major my dear friends lol. Every person just handle the level of importance for things differently and I happen to be easily affected by little stuff. I needed time to bring up a happier mood to share my happy stuff!! Well I won't mention what made me went down awhile.. Good news is that for now I've think it through!! Omg I feel good now!! Really hope this optimistic feeling stays.

Anyway to sum up, I must learn to take things more easy! It's best to.. just chill~ I'm not talking about work in the slacker way but about handling emotional stuff for my current situation. The person who take it more hard than others will definitely be at disadvantage haha. So for my own good, I will lay back a bit.

Haha back to update what fun I had! A bit late, but my halloween was not too bad lol. Last year was the first time I celebrated that festival, and thanks to a group of friends who love trying out new and weird things anytime, they encouraged me and made me take part again! (*I looked chubbier than usual so just ignore all that)

Ok I'll start with the preparations!
Objective: super low budget therefore I hope not to buy any new attire which I'll only wear once! As we were invited to a daisy's friend's party at her house, she made things easier by giving us a theme: Masquerade. Think of masks and lace! Woot~ First I dig out a black dress from my cupboard which I intended to wear but NOOOO..... My fashion adviser Tiff rejected my outfit lolll. My other white lace top was also rejected right away when she saw it haha. But because I insisted not to buy, she lent me her one dress! Now although I have a theme to follow and an outfit to wear, I still haven decide the character I want to be. So me tiff and humm spent few days shopping around far east and costume shops to look for suitable accessories!

With what we have and what we saw, we roughly decided our overall image and bought our items!! Initially I wanted a all-white theme but as I couldn't find what I want, I switched to white and red! I love the sketches by Tiff!

You might wonder why would people spend money and give so much effort and thought for such things? It's just an event and there's much better things you can spend time and money on which is 'beneficial'. Well, I hope to do more things that I have never tried or not used to. Life's really much more, be more daring to try and participate and definitely something good will come out of it and most importantly, its memories for you to keep. Although it's a bit harsh on the wallet but but.. just experience! =D

As usual, I'll have a trial out at home lol. I don't know much make-up techniques so I'll always try at home first. Just whack colors on my face! My sis also enjoyed herself by doodling for me. HAHAHA I SUPPOSE to look eery and different from my usual harmless human self.. so.. TADA!!!

hmm... the photos are the clearest I can get, abit blur.. which makes it more scary. Good. Instead of looking like a all-white elegant maiden, I looked like a courtesan. Although I'm super uncomfortable in this 'form', the surprise and breakthrough level for myself is quite high.. so I guess there's more good than bad haha! Too late to change another character any way, so.. CHIONG AH!!

ON THE ACTUAL DAY:
Haha we assembled at tiff's place and transform! Special thanks to tiff's sis, who helped us make-up (most important). Humm helped spray daisy's hair grey and off we go!! The rest daisy single handly prepared himself haha!

After that we are all set to go!!!

It took us some time before a brave taxi uncle stopped for us!

Haha seems like I change my blogskin whenever I blog a post. I hope to give a fun theme this time, make myself happier! (Alot had happened and I need this >.<) Photos were taken in April though, a family trip to Phuket! =)

Yep, 5 Aug marked the end of my journey at Scrawls Studios. It's been 2 years, my first job since I graduated. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work there, really. Especially when I'm all lost and had zero experience for the animation industry. It was a fine place to work, and the people are friendly towards me. Hmm I always have a guilt that I'm not creative enough to create something new, something good. And you know that not everybody gets to be in the developing team. But at least I tried to accomplish tasks given to me. Throughout a production, some stages may be minor but still essential, so I'm still glad that I was involved and helped completed few projects!

Life at Scrawl and what I did?
I started work when it was still located at Sim Lim Tower. Well I was given a place quite near the door, along with the interns haha. So whenever the bell rings, yup it's me opening it! Quite fine with that actually lol, I can 'exercise' abit. I did rendering for Nanoboy, vectorize the characters in Flash.

About a boy transferring into a micro superhero, solving issues in the microcosmos world that affects the human world. Love this 2nd character Tim. He's super super brotherly towards Oscar (the main character), always looking out for him and has a very chill personality. Cute and funny(in his weird way) guy.]

Slowly, I was called into another project, Milly Molly, to be a colorist! The style is nice and the their stories are really sweet. I colored the backgrounds and props! One thing about the coloring, we create watercolor textures in Photoshop and bring into Flash to fill. I was a complete flash noob and probably asked alot stupid questions. Thanks to Robin, my QC supervisor haha, who was very patient with me. He taught me alot of stuff. Hmm he could be quite strict, and has a stern face (He's actually friendly but I was too afraid to feel it). I'm always very nervous when I ask him to check my work.. So when he does said I did a good job, I'm very happy haha. And it's really shiok when you see the animation. "OMG i colored that LAMP. OMG that bedroom!!"

About the friendship of two sweet and kind girls who look different but share similarities. Nice stories too!]

After that I think Scrawl moved to Braddell! We said goodbyes to bugis and our favourite $1 bubble tea, a yummy vegetarian stall and pontian wonton mee, packed our stuff and move! Haha its always fun to experience a Before and After of a location. When I interned at Yolk, it looked abit rundown and now with the renovation, its all funky like a mini lounge! =D Then we visited our new office, empty dusty unit. Everybody mopped the floor and cleaned the place up! Slowly desks were in place, computers were set up. Walls nicely painted, nice cozy library corner with books and reference, mini pantry with a fridge and meeting room too!

This period of time I did alot of animatics for Nanoboy and Almost Extinct. Mainly handled timing and audios. Updates new scenes and edit and edit. Hmm I always complain about the routine. And listening to every audio and picking them out makes me really sleepy. But it does feel good when you see the end product xD

And lastly props and location design for Silly Bitty Bunny! Haha the style looked quite simple but seriously do not belittle it. The stories are really cute too! Well, had frustrations here and there.. But its still fun overall. Its also different this time because we were introduced to a new software called Toon Boom Animate.

Hmm life was quite safe/smooth and I could probably work there forever if they don't fire me haha. But somehow I still feel something missing. I'm not sure what though.. Maybe that's why I want to get out and find out.. Definately a risky thing to do because I did not quit with a backup plan.

Month of July was quite hectic too. Busy making gifts for important friends and meeting them because they are leaving. Well I do know they are leaving for the better and I'm happy for them. Everybody is working hard for themselves and there's no reason to hold them back. Was feeling sad and stuff but yup, with other friends' support I will survive!

A phrase tiff came across and shared with me!

Haha yes, though unemployed now I'm still busy at home! Spending alot time with mum, having housewife lessons with her. She taught me how to cook few of her signature dishes (will try them out by myself one day) and as if really to train me, our kitchen pipe had problems (caused mini flood and oil spill) and we really spent time fixing it!

So what now?
For today.. sy will be flying off at night. I'll send her off with smiles! (and maybe tears) ..Those leaving and those left behind will get back on their knees and move on! And I'll be more free to ponder what I want to do for my life haha.

May be clueless but I won't stop moving! Anyway such coincidence that I wore a strip outfit on my last day of work and colleagues say that I look like a prisoner going out of prison haha. I had my last items, a towel (as a blanket to cover my lap when I'm cold), a mug, a pair of indoor slippers lol. Prisoner indeed.

Thanks for their gifts and wishes! Ask me to 好好做人 (turn over a new leaf, be a good person) after I leave and don't go in again lol.

Long time no see!
Haha thanks to those who still come here to check on me once in awhile.
It's really been quite some time since I blogged. Haha it's still ALIVE!!

This shall be a 'THANK YOU' post for my BIRTHDAY! >_<
As I'll be away on my birthday, I had early celebrations!

First was with my secondary folks! Xian back from overseas and we had a small catch up with ty and cheng at Simpang, Mad Jack! Mr ty ordered four pieces of cake and we sang birthday song for me and xian! (hers last dec) And yippee gift exchange!! Haha thank you thank you, got a panda t-shirt from xian in Bris for xmas and a cute bag from rest of them! =D We got Xian a blue checkered scarf, an outfit and a bag too! >_< Must use!!

Second with my love love lub lub family, at Korean BBQ restr at East Coast Park! Haha it's one of our favourite place for special dinners =) We ate to our FILL, stuffed ourselves with BEEEFFF slices, BEEEF soup, and balanced with lots of VEGES and a saba fish!!! After that we walk by the beach (trying to feel less sinful) and just chat~ Bonding lol! Received ANG BAOs at home! =D

Third with samurai, for me and dao huey's birthday at Cine, Burger Bar! Haha we shared a piece of lop-sided cake and sang song~ And had a gift ceremony!! I think receiving presents is quite addictive. So happy!! Bwahaha a stitch pop-up card, 2 Crow Zero dvd (cast: BELOVVE OGURII SHUNNN), a warmly mug + one and only voucher and a plush chain of stitch in penguin outfit from daohuey from JAPAN! =D

Next was on my actual birthday, scrawl's retreat at Phuket! Wippee so lucky that night's dinner was company's treat too at a Tiger Restr. Everybody sang me a song (quite a shock and so paiseh) and was presented a YUM YUM Fruity Sundae!!

oh wow, after a looong day outside I'm finally back HOME!!! Love love my room, love love my desk view! Weather is GREAT!!

Anyway it's been only almost a day but I felt I've walked SO much!!

It started after I left sy's house at 8.15am this morning!
[Stayed over at her place last night and watched Feng Yun! =D (to get ready for part 2 wahaha) Its not too bad, I like Wen Chou Chou! Very funny character haha. I hate the female lead lol. Not the actress, just the role. bleh. -_- ]

Took a cab to punggol, visited the clinic famous for acne treatments! 'Its' growing!! NOOOooo.... total nightmare. I have few 'cursed' spots, forehead cheek and chin. IT JUST KEEP COMING BACK. SAME PLACE. I think I've tolerated the monster long enough so I hope this time the doctor can help me ELIMINATE it. Q-ed about half an hour to see the master for 5 mins. SUPER FAST. He gave me 'stuff' that could save me from agony lol and I shall obediently take them till I go back a month later! =D

9.15am
Feeling kinda bored I thought maybe I could shop in Hougang Mall. Since not everyday I'll be there and its so rare I'm out in the morning! (BESIDES WORK.) I took a bus that goes to Hougang Ctrl (had the impression the mall is beside the ctrl) After a few stops.. just to make sure, I asked the lady sitting beside me. She told me the mall is in another direction and I should change bus. This part I'm quite proud of myself (lol donno why), I told her its ok I've never been here so I'll just go hougang ctrl. It's like quite cool?? Just go to wherever the bus takes you to! Felt carefree and safe suddenly and just wander about. I can always go elsewhere from the ctrl. (I used to freak out when I got lost IN MY NEIGHOURHOOD. And break out in sweats at outram control while figuring out the purple line- was stuck for 15mins before I ask the guard.)

Anyway the auntie suggest I drop off as there's another small mall. Somehow I'm convinced and alighted! (so adventurous) Walk walk lala~ to Heartland Mall! Ooh... I've seen this place lol. Wanted call daryl for breakfast actually but I lost his number. So random it might freak him out too, so oh well, a day to myself! Had chill breakfast at kfc and a small amusement at the counter. (honestly I'm always nervous to order. I'll keep thinking how/what to say.) Finally decided what I want:

Lady: Hi good morning, what would you like to order?
Me: er yes. .good morning! I would like a twisted meal.

......

OMG????

#@$*%&!!!! A TWISTED MEAL????? I seriously hope she and WHOEVER behind me didn't hear ANYTHING. I almost burst! I CONTROLLED myself (get a gripp!!), I QUICKLY corrected myself.

Me: i mean TWISTER MEAL. ya, twister meal.

... (VERY embarrassed.)

For the whole noon, I went Hougang Mall, Shaw Tower, Bras Brasah, BACK to Shaw Tower. Actually I wanted to get something there but the shop wasn't open.. (opening hrs for sunday is 2.30pm) So I spent about 2hrs at bookstores before going back.

2.40pm
I'm back at shaw and the shop still not open! I called the number pasted on the door. She said she's delayed and will come in another 15mins. Tsk tsk.. 3.30pm then I see her slowly walk in open door. Almost rotted. And yes, got my stuff.

Anyway while waiting for the lady to come, I noticed an interesting 'poster' outside. About 10 words.

Ended work early and played till LATEE!!! That's how FRIDAYS SHOULD BE.
Haha left office about 2.30pm to attend a Animation Talk in TISCH. Below are some photos! Please do zoom in =D

Overall the place is REALLY VERY QUIET and DESERTED. (OMG I realised I typed DESSERTED in the jpg. My thoughts are really filled with food)I'm not sure if its considered accessible. Though the nearest mrt is Redhill, its still some way IN IN IN. OT definately not recommended o_o But quite superb in the day if you imagine cycling in, or take a walk and picking SAGA SEEDS (AWESOME).

The talk was by a guy, Peter Smith. He refreshed my memory with squash & stretch (still prefer saying stretch & squash instead), anticipation, slow in slow out. WOW thinking back of my rice sack.. PACKAGING too!!!!

Anw he showed us 2 of his own clips as examples. I must say he's quite sadist as the clips kinda 'gore'. Both 2D, stylized.

Clip 1 about less than a min, musically driven, medium shot throughout. People with weird color masks coming up and down saying "oh-mm" in a creepy way, along with the drums in the music. Holding a white human palm-sized figure in their hands, and eventually eating them o_o (green blood)

Clip 2 was about 5 mins, titled Puppet. Started off with a guy in sihoulette sewing. He wore it over his right hand after he was done, puppet was smiling. When he wasn't looking, the puppet changed face and hit the back of the guy's head (which I JUMPED, music was LOUD). The puppet smacked his teeth out GA-BISH GA-BISHHH. Cool part is the puppet pulled himself to the table and sew out a 2nd puppet and forced over his left hand. With 2 puppets attacking him, the whole clip the guy was trying to run away. Bees chased him, and he came to a cliff. Puppet gave him another AHDUGEN and he FELL down the cliff........... He woke up in shock and disposed both his puppets. 2 of his friends appeared and sent him to the hospital. The doctor examined him and wrote something on the cast of his left hand. "Get well soon" below, and a smiley face on top =) End.

Quite impactful haha.

The talk ended like that and we left! Walked pass a CUTE display by the crossroad, and I will come again with my mum! I think I have miniature and big "fetish"? Seeing a small clay cake or a giant wooden stool in the campus I'm bloomed!! In this case a giant whisk! >_<

Begin by meeting up at Cityhall!! OH MY. Xavier and Desmond rocks!! LOL!!

Whole bunch of us walked like that to Marina Square, our Joker and MJ in the lead, with people staring at them throughout. We also stopped once or twice cos people want to take photo with MJ hahaha. The party was held at a Irish Pub beside the Hongkong Cafe, and yea, CHANGE COSTUME TIME!!!

Just had a thought, actually very long ago. My future house must be BIG. At least SPACIOUS. Omg I kept getting myself hurt. In the toilet alone, I hit against stuff 3 times.

While bathing and scratching my head, I usually close my eyes and time freezes, I may turn without knowing. As I'm quite violent with my hair, smtimes can claw the back of my ear. OUCHHHH. (nothing to do with space but just wanna complain) Then sometimes will hit the water pipe in front @#$%^!..... The bathing cuboid so small..

Standing in front of the mirror when I wipe my hair, my left elbow hit the hook on the wall. It may be PLASTIC but the impact when my hand come down is 'POW!', and the hook fell off. *silent scream*

When I come out of the bathroom, my foot's pinky will hit the doooor....... ......... Feel like tearing down the door -_- ....

Finally back to my room and sit in front of the comp, I can still hit the table. My table abit L shape, so right elbow will always hit the table. T_T Wound still sort of recovering but by the rate I keep hitting the same spot, I think its gonna take a LONGGG time to recover fully. (Just hit it, that is why spur me to shout out this post)

My future house must be VERY cushiony. I not sure about carpets, but hopefully no sharp edges (I not sure if its possible). Not asylum type..... =.=

Or maybe cushion myself easier. But I'm sure I still want a BIG bathroom and basin. Maybe if divide bed space and bathroom space, will be 3:7 haha.

Nice quiet night with no msgs and calls. Felt abit weird because even if it doesn't beep I'll still subconsciously hear something and check. And I usually don't wear a watch so I know time with my Sony Ericsson. Haha he fell ill and just sent him for servicing today. He shall temporary stay in Wisma Recovery Centre till next week =D

Was packing my room abit and found some 'one of my loves'!!

Picked those long ago when cycling with dad in East Coast. Stopped by the sea for a breather but the moment I looked down in the sand, I became obsessed and couldn't stop picking. The only time I look up is to show my dad haha. Its when dark clouds start appearing, my dad say its time to go!!! T_T

Anyway, the sizes of the shells are quite small. Some smaller than a 1 cent coin. But are really really beautiful!!! In the photo some may look the same but they are actually all different!! Power of nature~ Well others may not be interested in shells but I'm happy picking and looking at them.

"One's poison is another's antidote"? or "one's sh*t is another's gold"? haha. So if one day if I offer you a shell, a stone, or a leave (which I may already have), please don't think its cheapskate or anything because I'm sincere in sharing my joy lol. BUT of cos I wont force you, though I may look disappointed and you'll still have to take one or two.. haha.

I'm backkkk!!!!! From my honeymoon! Complicated relationship, not yet married but honeymoon first, and with mother-in-law! =DD

Anyway super miss berry!!!! And sis and mum and dad!!!! Bought my beloved family some goodies which I'm happy to say they seem to like it!! xDD That's good. Nothing big but its from the heart and my little pocket heh heh.

Wont be posting korea photos yet. Yesterday spent one and half hours just rotating them haha. Fun to just see!! I love vending machines!!! Especially when they have GREAT toys in itt!!!!
Oh my, just woke up from a fantastic dreammm!!!~

But first, I wanna thank diana's phonecall loll. Suppose to go 'hiking' at Henderson Waves and meet them at 9am. My alarm was set at 8am. It rang a few times but i snoozed it off. Then when my phone rang, my instinct would be 'shit i'm late??'

When I saw it's 8am and its diana on the line, she said 'i have good news for you.'
HAHAHHAHA i said 'cancel cancelled??' HAHAHAHA damn funny. I DO want to go but too tired. 'June said its gonna rain', i replied 'ooh~' smiling to myself LOL.

Anw i just said 'good good' and hung up. My dad was standing at my door, also heard the conversation. (he came to wake me up) Then he also smile smile 'haha can continue to sleep' and help me pull down my window blinds. SWEEET DADDDD. Haha i said 'hen hao hen hao' and next sec ............ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

My dream: Haha even though we cancelled the hike thing, I met them in my dream!!!! Super weird. I see joyce (scrawl) and grace (my sec frien) playing this toy machine filled with roundish plushies that look like chicks? I remember the soft blue and yellow colors~ cute. One corner seems very crowded so I went over. One corner was a sofa 'waiting' area with a small coffee table. My poly friends were sitting there chatting and looking. I followed their gaze and saw a HUGE machine against the wall. The machine reached the ceiling. The toys inside were those OMG. THOSE SMALL FOOD SET 'SCULPTURES' that I have a thing for.

Someone got a seaweed set haha not very sure what else it contained but it was very detailed looking =DDDD The green straps on a plate with salt stuff n top.. DETAILS ROCK. The other side I saw Eric (wushu instructor) drawing smth on the white board. It was mountains of ice with green syrup on top. He actually wanted the ICE KACHANG set!!!!! Back at the big machine i saw diana and koongsy playing too. THE BEST THING ABOUT NICE TOYS IN MACHINES, IT'S ONLY $1 !!!!!!!!!!!!

I told ah B, 'I must play this!!! Before they close the shop.' Anyway the gameplay for the machine is not that easy. I found few folks to station with me at the machine, me at outmost left, then kenneth (scrawl), then ah B. Each person controls TWO yellow buttons. Ok i put in my dollar and here goes!!!

A screen pops out and 2 host were talking and explaining. They'll read a story and you react when your button lights up. You jus keep hitting it until lights go off. At the side will have a scoreboard to record the number of hits. At the end of the game, the total pts will determine what set you get! Kenneth hit the big 'start' button and game officially begin!

The 2 host blah blah smth.. 'and the monster appeared..' and ah B's button lights up! *HIT HIT HITTTTTTTTTTT* and my button!! *HIT HIT HITTTTTTTT* and kenneth's! And then mine! and mine again! Again!! And shit I realised I had FOUR buttons to control!! When finally ended, I see the scored board 'di di di.....' counting and a 'score' appear. A receipt came out stated 33. And the screen pops a Letter W. Meaning my toy set is 33W. The rest were looking through the screen to find my set, asking me to think of the set I wanted! I liked all and couldn't decide so i squated down to look at the 'exit' my set will come out.

I can see abit of mechanism going on in the machine. I see some Wine bottle sets and Finger food etc and suddenly a big box got pushed out.. It landed rigt in my arms (quite a big box), and I look at the design. MARSHMALLOWS! Colorful marshmallows, light blue, white and light pink. And some syrup (maybe choc, i cant rmb) on top.. Contained many other stuff. Haha just felt very touched and happy donno why. And my poly friends from the couch got up and come interview me LOL. Random.

Hello! It's been a long while since i blogged, or see any blospots. I'll catch up reading them! >_< Hmm sometimes i wonder the purpose of blogging. I type and hope someone reads but i'm afraid i post something i'll regret and it'll reflect badly IF someone sees it. So whenever i encounter something really sad or angry, i'll write it down in my diary rather than post it. Think i prefer people to see me as trouble-free =D Haha weird thoughts.

Ok chop chop! Today's a special day!!! Mother's Day! >_<

My most recent piece! Wow ~ For my mum! =D She has short hair and quite likes berry too (explains the cat logo) haha. And i think i mentioned before, her name's Catherine. So people calls her Cat! Or auntie cat haha.

I drew it in my sketchbook and colored with color pencils. My plan was to cut it out and do a simple pop up. BUT TO MY HORROR, the other side had a drawing already!! First time had the 手心是肉,手背也是肉 situation! So i scanned it and print out on a better looking paper, looks good too =D (thanks so much to mr scanner) Inside i wrote all the good things about her. Haha cos she always say we never praise her, so i listed all out! And seriously she's a wonderful mum T_T !

She cooks well. Alot tougher dishes like wheat prawn, coffee ribs she can do it. Handling a chopper is not easy and seeing her chopping ginger into strips is quite amazing. Frying a fish is dangerous too! With all the oil pitter patting out of the wok (she gets burns at times) but food is always great. She can sew dresses (my barbie doll outfits were mostly done by her, really great), shoes, cross-stitch bookmarks, zips (any altering of pants etc), and toy plushies. She can draw she can paint (hands-on), she sew quilts!! (many small useless pieces she combine into one big beautiful one)

She knows gift wrappings, ribbon making (make flower patterns etc), can bake cakes make desserts and agar agar. She can play majong, badminton, basketball. Can even fix the toilet bowl and pipes and light bulbs. I think ANYTHING requires HANDS, SHE CAN DO IT. Maybe the things she can do may seem chicken-feet but every skill is actually worth looking up to! And honestly in the past i didn't think much into it. I just enjoy the good food when it's done, or anything i need help i'll call her. Because she's always there.

The other time she was telling me.. she'll one day be 'not there' anymore. This frightens me. I really don't dare imagine my family away forever T_T

Back to saying my mum's the best!! I wrote that besides her bad temper at times, and always want to watch the last episode of a drama series first before watch ep01 (she says that like that then wont't 紧张 while watching. LOL spoiler. We'll always hide the last disc), she actually has a cute personality. Cos she says jokes and care for the earth (we have our own Plastic, Cans, Paper bins to separate the trash). I wrote in the last part of the card that she's doing a fabulous job for the MUM position! And told her to keep it up! LOL~

She said the card was cute and after reading inside she say '我有这样厉害meh?' Haha i gave her a hug and said '有!!' =D And she's really a pretty mum! Past, present and definately future too. Photos of her when she's younger, wearing sailor uniform etc. FULL MARKS!!!!! (i'll describe my dad another day haha)

Anyway its abit unbelievable how i turned out. Clumsy and not smart at all. And hurting at times when people say 'then why you cant do it?'. The child doesn't have to be a doctor when the dad's a doctor right? He could be a great musician or something. But ok no excuse for myself because i don't have a ultimate powerful skill for a thing. (go away emo thoughts)

I'm learning sewing already! And really enjoys it. I really hope to be optimistic about everything and don't let reality sink me down too much even if its important.

Speaking of sink, i came across a site that shows the ACTUAL SIZE of a WHALE?!! It's quite creepy to see the eyes. I'm quite afraid of dark waters.. But its cool to see. CLICK

And i like color pencils! But why loses the feel after scanning etc??

Came across this quiz. Haha 'although you have enough energy to survive..' haha well YESS!!! I want MORE energy!!!!! I'm ALWAYS so restless and SLEEPY!!!!!! According to yeung's theory of 'if you live up to 100 years old, you've spent 30 years sleeping', i think i spent at least 50 or 60yrs!!!! Thinking back last sunday.. woke about 12.. Lunch till one.. Berry was sleeping on my bed. Tempting as it is, i 'accompanied' him. And slept till 4+!!!! Woke up (again) to tv and munch chips, drink jolly shandy~ Great sunday~ But feel really guilty after that -_-''

The first lady standing beside the lamp-post, is NOT first in line! In front of her is a small lane for cars and further down the Q continues!

LEVEL ONE:
Inside sells ALL kinds of interesting stuffs!!! And I LOVE THESE much more than clothes!! >_< First coming up! Is a pointer!! One looking like a finger (abt $11), CUTE! And the other is a spoon (abt $10)!! You can kapo someone's soup from a distance away haha. Have fork and knife designs too.

2nd is this cute one!! You know when in shows, they press X or O to give yes and no answers! SUPER KAWAII!!! I REALLY WANTED TO BUY!! ...... ($16.50+$13)

A gun clock! When the alarm rings, you got to shoot the bull's eye to shut it off! =D Heh heh got one of this for my birthday! Cool!

This is also an alarm clock. Not very sure how it rings, but there's a hole on the right side where you can put your finger in to tickle or play with your pet panda! Didn't take note of the price, but i saw this in Action city too =D

Tokyo Day 1 - Part 1

Took a night flight on 18 Nov and arrived Japan the next morning!

Been some time since I took a plane. Really didn't like the feeling of your ears clogged up. Bearable but uncomfortable!! Sour plums I bought helped ABIT.

OK PHOTOS!!! >_< ~ I'll try to upload quickly!! Wanted to layout them nicely but looked terrible. So will mostly upload one by one!

We were then fetched from the airport to our hotel! Reached about 10am but was told that the hotel check-in time was 2pm. So we could have a little sight-seeing before going back! ^_^

Luckily the subway station was just opposite our hotel! CONVENIENT! >_< Went down and saw..

And the ticket booths! Cool~ Gin Lee helped us bought our first tickets!!

Well, it's a frightening thing too!! >_< The very first time for me to leave the country without my family! And ming's first time to EVER leave the country! Oh gosh. After the .Rec movie that night, I had phobia taking a bath and had to ask my mum sit on the toilet bowl to accompany me. I didn't dare walk around the house with lights off and I look at my beloved Berry, suspecting if he'll one day catch virus and turn zombish.

Finally overcome every scary thought BUT will still flashback once awhile. Attempted to watch the trailer in daryl's blog since I hadn't seen it, but COINCIDENTLY sis 'barge' (actually just a small noise but it amplified in my head) in and gave me a jump. She dont want company me watch so i closed the window T_T

Then she told me about Hotel 626!! A online web horror game.
" It is called Hotel 626 because you can only check in Hotel 626 from 6pm-6am and you are asked to play the game in the dark, using your headphones and microphone. At some point you have to sing a lullaby to a sleeping zombie child. "

Home is really still the best~ After a day's work, a long shop, a long train trip, i can't wait to get HOME!!!!! The shower, the food i da bao-ed, the TV, BERRY!

Office snacks (my awake kit), are 7788-ed gone! So its time to buy MORE~ Went Liang Court, japanese supermarket with my colleagues (ada, huituing, yong lin) and spent about $27? I shall show why! =D

1 - Pik Nik Ketchup Fries! $1.95
The most worth-it snack!!! Cheap and Good! Super yummy! >_<

2 - Swiss Cocoa Marshmallow drink $5.60 for 10 packs
Sharing it with siying so overall is not tht exp! Besides coffee, this is another drink that WAKES ME UP! Inside really provides the small marshies! But can add your own bigger ones =D

3 - Nissin Udon $3.95
Tried a $5 bigger one and it was.. *gulps*.. YAAAA..MEEE!!! *pulls face dowwwn* The Udon noodle was really thick and SLURPY! Gonna try this smaller similar one haha.

4 - Squid Chips $3.55
Never tried it. Looks good ;D

Haha shopping for FOOD is fun. And most of the time irresistible! Need alot self-control to make the right decisions tsk tsk tsk.. Almost bought a $8 rabbit bowl too!! Thought mum would like it.. But ada commented Daiso cheaper. YESSSS. DAISO. I will visit there. HWAHAHA.

Dragged home all the stuff, had a lightning bath (have to be quick or i would'v missed the tv show), set up my dinner nicely in front of the tv..

Honestly my favourite drink!! When you are SO thirsty and TIRED and TIRED. This very gassy COLD drink will just *gulp gulp gulp* ~ahhhh...~, RELAX me! >_< So shocked to see Lychee and Peach flavour on sale o_o Well, its not so bad. Lemon best though!
Side note- I really miss the older packaging, complete green de. Though looks more alcholic type, but this current one reminds me of 7-up!

Haha the prices for packed food will drop when its at night! This was initially $5 plus i think. After re-heat, its as yummy as new! =D

Haha end of Liang Trip. Considered fulfilling trip. Cos my main mission (buy food) is SO accomplished o_o. And i really donno what to do with my constantly-broke problem!

Haha i know i owed quite alot photos. Said to post them asap but still hadn't upload them yet. Sorry about that. I'll really try to do that soon!! For today, i want to post some others! =D

Yesterday my home was really crowded, which was a GREAT thing! I miss my cousin Bao(studying in melbourne and back to visit) and other relatives! From about 2pm onwards, 8 of us had lunch at Ding Tai Feng~ My mum, sis, 2nd aunt & uncle, cousin, elder cousin and her fiance plus me~! so WOW >_<

The BIGGEST news in our family now is: Cousin Junie and her finance 'uncle' Khee Wei is GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!! OMG. This is ONE BIG HUGE BIG BIG THING.

So both of them went off after lunch to do their stuffs and the rest of us went... SHOPPING!!!! For my cousin Bao's dresses!!! Me, my sis and her all need 2 dresses each cos we are the 'jie mei'(s) of my cousin Junie. For the church lunch and dinner at night! Haha i've bought both of mine, sis custom-made one of hers~

And everything went quite smoothly, cousin Bao bought both her dresses at Daniel Yam @ Wisma. I bought my night dress there too ^_^ And sis got her night dress at Warehouse! Nice of course ;D

Very very soon its getting dark, so we had a light dinner @ Mushroom Pot and head back to my house! Bcos my 1st aunt & uncle and cousin Junie will be coming over to our place! Bringing her specialty ROAST GRAVY CHICKEN and cousin's WEDDING PHOTOS!!!!!!

These 3 more casual. Those studio ones shall not be disclosed yet. They were REALLY very nice!!!!!!!!!!! >_< Omg feeling SOOO excited for them. ONE MORE WEEK to go!!

*This is a long draggy post. Can just read 1st and last paragraph =) Here goes!!

Oh no, my back.. Oh Noo, my arms!! I'm falling apart! Haha did the most happening thing in my life yesterday! It's beyound imagination that I would ever try something like that. Guess what guess what???? It's.. ROCK CLIMBING!!! Ahh! Cool sia!

Sang said she's going for a one-day course and asked if I want to join too. I considered for awhile.. Haha cos it's a 7-hr thing and and.. It's saturday! Can sleeeeeeep and all~ But it's really quite a rare opportunity so.. Finally accepted!

Reached Meridian JC about morning 10plus. The instructor gave us a short theory class, about what's rock climbing and the equipments needed. Then! We went outdoors to tryout 'Bouldering'! It's a shorter wall. And instead of climbing upwards, we try climb left to right. The little grips on the wall (each type have different names and I cant remember already!) are really little!! And cos the walls are shorter and have mattress below so anytime you cant climb further, you can just let go and fall back! Only a few tries my hands already tremble. Really very tiring! And have few cuts le.. =(

Soon it's lunchtime! We all had a break and start the.. HIGH WALL. Omg looks really high up. The bouldering I already cannot make it, imagine that tall thingy! The instructor thought us how to tie the ropes and this time we work in pairs! One climber, and one 'belayer' (not sure spelling- in charge of climber's safety =D Being the one below pulling and controlling the rope~) I was one of the belayers first! Quite fun also haha though just pulling ropes. But still quite chim stuff haha. The partner had few tries jiu give up le, say I try first. AND actually the wall I'm going to climb, the grips are much further apart, and have lesser grips. I just tried to climb and really scary! And stuck at the 3rd or 4th box. After that really stuck there trembling and cannot move. I was falling! I had to let go and come down. The feeling to let go really freaky. But after that its FUN. You'll float in mid air like Dragon Girl HAHA. Super shiok.

After that instructor said that wall is more for 'speed'. Haha and I get to see his students demo and fly up. Woo~ Anyway, I already too tired and cant move le. So I rested for quite some time >_< Most of them still kept climbing! Where did they get all that energy?? Young people.. haha. And Sang really power. She really likes excitement, and to challenge! She's the pro! One of the first few to reach the TOP! haha clap clap clap.

Anyway, very soon it's 4pm plus! (Class ends at 5pm) About 4.40pm I decided to give it a go! I wanted climb more but hands really tired -_-''. And I realise some cuts look abit suicidal. As if I ownself use penknife slash de O.o Haha. Ok cut short.

I REACHED THE TOP TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wa seh. WA SEHH!!! Really a miracle for me wahahaha. The wind is really shiok up there. And I only feel the height when I look down! It's about 4 floors high. And when I come down like Dragon girl again is really fun! The hanging in mid air is best =D Soon, lesson came to an end. And we took a group photo! Wonderful memory ^_^

I'm quite surprised the number of pics I took there. It's so LITTLE!! I thought I've been snapping away? O.o

I have most of this Misa's pics!! And I'm NO FAN of Misa!! Cannot stand her in the movie.. But this girl still looks quite cute =) Missed a shot where she and another Misa together. The other one was cute too!

Sailor Moon!!! Really super cool when so many of them stand together. Wanted to take a group pic with them.. But too shy -_-''. Tai ke xi le!!

HAHA!!! Spotted her in the crowd! Super cute outfit!!!! She said she bought the costume in Taiwan and shoes in Malaysia. (Omg I must get one set!!)

Hello! >_< Another late night post! =) =) =) Now actually feeling quite smiley for no reason haha. Was quite restless at work today (though I NEVER skive at all), almost couldn't breathe!!!!! ..... That's because the computer was veryyyyy slowwww..... I never usually complain about computers being slow because I AM SLOW. So the speed is actually fine with me. I can think while it runs~

BUT!!!!! Today he (refers to the computer. maybe I should give it a name since I'll be working with him for 5 more mths) really EXTREMELY SLOWWW..... Every click I need wait 5-6 secs. Even select and deselect also need wait. It just feels very long. As time ticks by and I have quite a few stuff to rush.. Progress slower than normal. I don't want colleagues to think I'm working very slowly or taking my own sweet time.. T_T I must buck upppp!!!!

Next, I happen to catch today's news. An uncle on wheelchair (only one leg) was robbed about $1050 (included some money his friend gave him). It was suppose to last him for the month!!!! That robber.... he... he's horrigible.

And the other one is about a 6 yr old brother and sister climbing down a building pipe from the 34th floor. It was reported they were very hungry, so they climbed out of the window while their mum was sleeping. They got tired about the 25th floor so called for help to the neighbours. The mum was sued for neglectance (is there such a word?) and abuse. Tian ah... The kids really... Anyway after that I asked mum, " Did that happen in s'pore?? " Then my mum say " No, is in Hong Kong. "

Then lee yeung flash into my mind -_- Haha and he stays in the 33th floor isit?? Please, no matter how hungry you are, always use the lift!!!!! Super funny..

Back to the kids.. They could grow up to be rock climbers or adventurers!! =D It was a relief they didn't fall!! Kids nowadays..

And I saw Hancock movie thriller!! It actually looks not bad! Though thought Will smith looked weird in the super hero suit, but overall seems not bad! " It's time to set things right. " Cool man! Radio also kept promoting~ 98.7 wo ho!

ONE MORE THING. I'm a bad aunt to Berry.. (my sis's his mum, so.. i became the aunt O_O). Besides the fact that I always bully him (he's really ok with it, honestly), I don't know him! First, I got his NAME wrong! He's TUCKLE KAM BERRY, instead of TUCKER KAM BERRY. And he is TWO yrs old (this I got it correct). Second, omg I JUST realised the truth. He is a RAGDOLL. Not the muffin thingy. ............ *Looks at Berry with disbelief*

A scene from Mulan, in the high mountains. Was being abandoned there after finding out she's a woman. The cricket finally told Mushu the dragon that he was actually NOT a lucky cricket! Mushu felt SO cheated and turned to look at the horse, said: " And what are you, a cow?? " Haha damn cute. Almost same situation.

Now I wonder what else i know about Berry is actually false. This is scary O_O

So far this seems like another Rojak post haha.. I WANT MORE TIME and ENERGY!!! I read a quote from somewhere by donno who.. The quote was somthing like " Michelangelo.. xxxxx xxxxxxx " Ok i forgot. But trying to say that he had the same number of hrs in a day as all of us and could still produce so much work in a lifetime. So its actually an excuse to always say there's no time. ......... *Scratches head. He.. ..... he's a man. He.. was he working?? ....Does he meet friends to chit chat or shop for clothes? Was he rich? So far I only know he's.. an art god. He studies almost everything, science. And created those old war weapons.. Cut up bodies to study anatomy and the entire human body.. he's gay..

Ok its time I read up on him.. -_- And I guess he didn't had a pet..

Wanted to blog quickly and ended up dragging to this hour. Slowpoke. Feeling very floaty (drowsily sleepy) BUT i want to blog! It feels quite funny to 'heh heh' to yourself when you are super tired but want to stay awake and you go swaying left and right in your seat~ Floaty!

Just randomly thinking out loud:

1) I'm a Berry Addict
Instead of sniffing drugs or.. glue(?), I can't stop myself from sniffing Berry. He got this smell!!! This UNKNOWN SCENT. ..Ok I just went to sniff him and I really can't describe it! Then the smell is stronger around his body and paws. The PAWS!!! Omg super cute to play with. Then I'll put his paw on my nose. I call it "paw myself". And if you try to kiss him he'll "paw you". Haha but his pawing DEFENCE don't always work, basically because it's ME attacking it. And he's so fat and fluffy like a 'mini' pillow, you can just hug and sleep.

OMG I WASN'T LIKE THIS. I was quite humanly..
BUT I must say it's good to have him.. to PUSH AROUND wahahaha >_< !!
