Haha wonderful saturday~ Gave myself a 'challenge' today.. BAKE COOKIES!!!!

Few days back i really felt like baking something.. so surf the net for recipes!! Then.. my sis walk pass.. and say.. 'you will make meh?'

uh-HUH!! I shall bake it out!!!!! hahaha.. Sweating inside. I bake base on the link below:

Erm.. looking at the steps, it looked kinda easy.. haha.. HERE GOES!!!!!

Step 01: THE TOOLS!



- Butter
- Sugar
- Brown sugar
- Egg white
- Flour
- Baking soda

Ehh... Why am i typing it again? haha it's ALL in the link!! I followed exactly!! K, go view the link! Oh ya, remember PREHEAT OVEN!! About 225 degree is enough.

Next i pour in the butter and sugar!!



Then stir....



And stir.........



The link said stir till creamy before adding the egg white.. BUT i stir until i want sleep already! Stirred for about 45min zz and it's still quite thick. SO my sis suggested i use the machine!!!

Erm.. even after quite some time, it still did not turn creamy.. I wonder why O_o Well, i decided just pour in the eggwhite and vanilla extract. Haha i KNOW the steps are correct, just not sure the timing. So i really looking forward to the end product. Kinda excited. Just don't explode.

When it became smooth, pour in the 2nd flour and cocoa mixture! I do till too excited so forgot take rest of the pics. And TA-DAH!



HAHAHAHA don't ask me why so black. ............ The cocoa amount BY RIGHT is correct la. Maybe maybe.. this cocoa powder darker. Yea, must be it.

Yup2, yolk renovating! So from today no work! .. til MONDAY!! >_< work from home~

Woke up at 6.30am and had a morning jog at a park behind house. Really pei fu myself how i crawl out of bed -_- zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz but don think can do this every morning. CRAAZZY!!! zzzzzzzzz

Jus now bathe i carry berry into bathroom. I was happily bathing~ Totally in my shampoo world~ Then when i finally came out i shock. I "EH!! you still here ah!". Forgot brought berry in ~_~ hahaha.

anw SORRY, my cat's name is TUCKLE BERRY folks. All along i thought is TUCKER -_- Sis just told me... omgg. Been calling him wrongly!!!!

A quick blog! omg omg omggggg!!!!!!! (~>_<~)

AHHHHhhh!!!!! hahahahaha damn happy!!!!!! Jus now after work went 7-11 with Siti. The HAPPY part is about the store BESIDE 7-11 !!!! A PETSHOP! Name: the Other paw~

Knew that shop since IAP started. But nv dared go in!! Cos i'm not there to buy stuff.. Jus want play with the dogs!!!!!!!! But the other time the owner didn't look quite friendly.. so always stand outside glass window peep in only.. T_T

TODAY finally gu qi yong qi went in!!!!!!! (siti wait outside HAHA she scared)

OMGGGGG.... HEAAVENNN SIA~!!!!!!!!!! ahhhH!!!!!! There's a big big golden retriever sitting there.. O_O and THREE brown spaniels came out!!! Then i started touching their fur, sayang SAYANG~!!!!! >_< !!!!!!! super super super cute!!!! Then then i went further in.. got TWO MORE RETRIEVERS!!!!!! WHAT THE !!!!!!!!! It's really heaven. HEAVEN!!!!!

The owner was busy entertaining another guest, so i was happily playing with the dogs by myself!!!!!! OH YESSSS. Then i came out to counter area, took a namecard and then saw the big retriever 'playing' with a brown spaniel. erm.. The brown spaniel looked kinda violent. Kept bitting the retriever!! I stood and looked awhile.. "ARE THEY PLAYING?" i asked a guy next to me (anthr customer). He laugh abit. Guess he also donno!

Then i squat down and pull the brown spaniel away. Then sayang them separately. Then he started sniffing the namecard i was holding! He kept wanting to bite!!!! I siam and siam then he kept coming nearer. Then i say 'no no cannot bite' and put inside my bag. Then i turn to pet/pat the retreiver. When i turn back, omg!!

The brown spaniel's head reaching into my bag's side pocket. I DONNO HOW, but he bit my purse out!!! Then i hold the purse saying 'let go let go', but i cant stop laughing la. His mouth shut super tightly SOOOOO CUTE LAH!!!!!!!!!! Really don mind let him bite and i hold it on the other end. SO XING FU~~!!!!!! =^_^= my god!!

Then think the customer saw me abit struggling then faster tell the shop keeper. She then shout the dog to let go and follow her inside. He really listened!!!! O_O WAAAAAAA~~~~ COOL BI LE !!!!!

Really had fun! Then before i left, i sayang them all again and left the shop~

2) The Box!! Haha just nice both shops have 'BOX' word! Haha. This shop sells clothes!!! I LOVE THE STUFF THERE! Bought two tops, a pants and a bag!! wahahaha. Don think will take photo.

Now FOOD!!!!!! Wa, 7-11 now is my .. not exactly daily.. Will go there at least 2-3 times a week! Haha quite near Yolk! Very happy when find new snacks there!!!! haha fat le.

What should i do after i get home?? SLEEEEEPPPP first??????? or watch tv!!!???? Suddenly got crave watch a drama series, e zho ju zhi wen~ HAHAHAHAHAHA.

haha i can feel my eye lids drooping down while typing this. Slept for 2hrs yday. Hmm.. actually before that, afternoon got nap la HAHA. Never enough sleep. So doesn't matter i slept 1hr or 20hrs!

GOOD MORNING!!!!!! Rise and SHIne~ It's been years since i wake up this early on a NON-SCHOOL day!!!!! >_<

Set my alarm at 6am but OF COS i didn't wake up immediately. Dragged till 7.50am then roll out of bed zz. Dad went overseas so i slept his bed WAHAHAHA. Very nice ah BIG BED! His room just on fan then very nice nice cozy2. Anw had morning calls from Berry!!!! He walked over my face, stepped over me etc! Few times when i wake up, his face is so near my face! Can really Xia yi tiao i tell you. But haha cute la, fur soft2!! Nose soft2!

*Clears throat. Today is a important no play play serious business day!! Lots of work to do, so yup! No slacking!!!!! T_T T_T T_T

Had cornflakes and frosties (cornflakes w sugar, tiger brand) with milk! Very nice to eat while looking at the morning sun RAY~ floating~ tho i'm quite sleepy.

Good morning!! (Cos i just woke up, 12.30pm) =D Haha ok, after reading hebe's tag, and abit hard to reply in a tag, i shall now 'elaborate' my ans here!!

Let me share my ART OF SLACKING!!!! (not scientifically proven)

1st - Wake up late whenever you can! (For me, weekends!)
Haha cos by right you worked very hard on weekdays, you should give yourself/ your body a break, fully restore energy!!! >_< Oh ya.. weekends i work.. BUT not today and tml!!! That's why i'm SOOOO happy yday!!! HAHAHA i like my work! But cos i planned to do sch work this weekend!

2nd - Meet friends!
You can meet your current friends, those you still contact almost everyday etc cos they know you best, the most recent YOU! Should be most comfortable with them~ To have something new, Erm well, that day i just met up with my 2 PRIMARY sch friends!! omg. HAHAHA. It's fun to see the change in them haha. We had Pepper Lunch for lunch haha and ate ice cream and did TOY shopping! I bought a Stitch toy haha v cute. It may be.. useless? But it makes me happy haha. We took neoprint, played ONE game in the arcade and end up just sitting outside the cinema sofas to talk! Jus kept talking3... CHILL~ hahaha. After Josh left, Dawn and i walked aimlessly.. And went swensens!!! We sat outside (no air-con). i ordered garlic tomato soup, she order brownie, NICE!! It's REALLY what i call enjoying life O_O We sat there REALLY slacky, talk talk talk, EAT, EAT, EAT!!! And i really like the atmosphere.. The breeze.. and you can see alot of passerbys walking back and fro. (oh we at orchard) It's nice to observe others, their attire etc. We don always talk. THere's time we both just sit quietly, stare into space, or a spot.. JUST RELAX and enjoy the moment!

3rd - Watch TV!!!!!!!!!!
Hahahaha actually i LONG time nv watch tv!!! But lately really abit TV fever -_- 7pm all the way to 12pm got nice tv shows!!!! OMG lah! How i do work??? So pass 2 days i tv marathon.. *cough cough. Haha. Sit on sofa, and eat CHEESE FONDUE HAWAIIAN SUPREME PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAHAHAHAHAHA. VERY VERY VERY ... THUMBS UP!

4th - SLEEP (????) hahahaha
Erm.. you rest so you can walk further later, hahaha. Erm.. i must be some sleeping buddha in my past life, so ya. Ok.. want say pig also can -_- tho i prefer sleeping buddha, SO COOL. Well, well.. Jus on air con, on music, curl up in bed with blanket and cat. Cup of orange juice and a comic book by the bed OMG. Just by imagining it, i'm feeling SO... so... WOW! ..Actually i did that yday noon la HAHA.

okok, i donno wat els to say, i'm losing focus -_- erm.. basically just do what u feel like doing at that moment, and go for it!!! But of cos, after doing what you WANT, you have to do what you SHOULD .. T_T It's important to work hard for the future, .. but i always think what if i don't have a future? As in.. we should live for now ba. That's why i become what i am now, hahahaha. SO PEOPLE, no matter what you do, JUST JIA YOU! erm.. frankly saying, I'm a 'bad' example??? haha so what i said above is plain entertainment, don follow =D

That day when i met Josh and Dawn.. hmm.. made me think abit. HAHA. Josh currently in NS, that day when he meet us was his book out i think. He told us about his army life etc. Dawn now sort of holi, waiting for uni. Hmm.. We talked about our future dreams. Dawn became v mature, she say she wants to work every hard when she's young, earn alot money. Give it a shot etc. I was abit shock. She has an aim and i'm happy for er too =) i prefer living inside my well haha safe and happy. Hope when she make it, she'll visit my well and give me nice food.

Dawn say she wouldn't want to marry so soon too, like 29 etc is still quite early. Then she ask me. i laughed. i said 'anytime'. HAHAHA. i'm SO lucky i'm not a guy, if not i can really die. Guys need work hard, earn alot money, take care/provide for a family, pay bills etc etc!!! Sometimes i think, i really relieved i'm not a guy.. -_-And love my dad even more haha he so pro! Give us comfy house etc. Father's day should be as impt as mother's day!!!! And me as a girl, my only trouble is to find that kind of guy HAHA. I have my tai tai dreams! Think i gave my pri friends an impression i'm very desperate O_O That's wat dawn said T_T haha

To sum up, most impt is to be HAPPY!!!! okokokokokok, WORK TIME!!!!!!! Live for now!! (new brand's motto?)

Hi! Haha i'm quite diligent these few days! In terms of posting HAHA. Anw encountered smth funny when adding a comment to Xuan's live journal post. There was an error and there said:

And i need type the funny letters i see to make sure i'm not a "spam robot"..

WHAT????? of cos i'm HUMAN!!!! O_O Really amused by the "Pls confirm you are a human below"!!!

Haha anw wanted say met ying for dinner after sch today! We went to this cool shop at eastpoint. Ying said it's opened by a group of ex-convicts who turned over a new leaf! There's a similar shop at some other place by a Chef Jamie? -A guy- Then his disciple opened this eastpoint shop: Eighteen Chefs !!

Seems popular! We Q-ed awhile before we got a seat =D The place looks nice too! Chairs, tables and floor WHITE~ i like. Then they painted the wall! Haha tho abit kiddish looking BUT i can imagine the people painting the wall themselves. Very effort! =D We ordered:

Chicken slice Cheese bake rice w cream sauce
Seafood bake pasta w cream sauce
Comes with Garlic bread and soup and one ice lemon tea.

The bake rice is NICE!!!!! Very nice. You wont feel eeeww after those cheese. JUST NICE~ it's GOOD! Their specialty!

Pasta was not bad tho not as yummyful as BAKE RICE!!! But the mussel in the pasta FRESH! Garlic bread v crispy. Soup cant rmb much, think still ok haha.

Overall, really good!!!! Go try go try!!!

Played "Wii", a game! Err.. you play with the controller then the machine will detect your motion HAHA. Not bad experience tho i suck. The moment i lose then change game. Have alot games! Got sports like tennis, BOWLING, baseball, BOXING! See ying play v funny haha.. Was too tired to move so only tried to bowl few times haha. Eh still got many many others!
